The club is north-east of Marrakech, in the palm grove, a little beyond the first resorts on the Fès road. The airport is south-west of the city. The journey skirts the medina along the main boulevards, then heads out to the palm grove: allow just under half an hour outside rush hour. The three ways to reach the club
The hotel shuttle
Some Iberostar holidays are sold with a transfer organised by the tour operator or the hotel. Check your confirmation: if the transfer is listed, a coach or a car waits for you with the other guests from the same flight. Otherwise it is booked with the hotel, on the hotel's terms.
A taxi outside the airport
Taxis wait in front of the terminal. The fare is agreed before you get in, in dirhams, and small notes make it easier. It works well in daytime for two people with little luggage. For a family with a baby, the seat is not guaranteed and the boot fills up quickly.
A private transfer booked in advance
You book online before you leave. Your driver waits at the arrivals exit with a sign bearing your name, loads the luggage and drives you straight to the club reception. On arrival: four things that make it easy
- Switch your phone on as soon as you land: your driver can message you if the hall is busy.
- Collect your luggage, then look for the sign with your name at the arrivals exit.

Arriving at night
