Club Med Yasmina sits on the Mediterranean coast between M'diq and Cabo Negro, a few kilometres from Tétouan. It is one of the most requested family resorts in Morocco, and the same question comes with every booking: how do you reach the resort from the airport, and from which airport? This guide compares the three ways to arrive, explains what changes when your flight lands in Tangier rather than Tétouan, and answers the questions resort guests ask. Tétouan or Tangier: check your ticket
Two airports serve the resort. Tétouan Sania Ramel Airport is the closest: around fifteen kilometres, a short drive along the coast. Tangier Ibn Battouta Airport is further, about an hour by motorway, and it is often the one used by flights from France and Spain. The table in this guide covers arrival through Tétouan. The three ways to reach the resort
The transfer organised by Club Med
The resort offers its own airport transfer. It is paid, booked with the resort before departure, on the resort's schedule. If your package includes it, your holiday confirmation says so.
A taxi outside the airport
Taxis wait in front of the terminal in Tétouan as in Tangier. The fare is agreed before you get in, in dirhams, and small notes make it easier. For a couple without children, in daytime, it is a simple option. With a baby, the seat is not guaranteed.
A private transfer booked in advance
You book online before you leave, giving the airport and the landing time. Your driver waits at the arrivals exit with a sign bearing your name, loads the luggage and drives you to the resort reception. The price is fixed per vehicle, not per person, paid online, and a baby or child seat is free on request. Flight delayed? Your driver waits, whatever the delay, at no extra charge.

On arrival: four things that make it easy
- Switch your phone on as soon as you land: your driver can message you to say where he is.
- Collect your luggage, then look for the sign with your name at the arrivals exit.
- Confirm the destination: "Club Med Yasmina, M'diq". The resort has its own entrance on the coast road; the driver knows it.
- Check that the child seat requested at booking is fitted before you set off: it was prepared for you.
Arriving late or early
Flights to Tétouan and Tangier sometimes land early in the morning or late at night. The private transfer runs at any hour. Between midnight and six in the morning a night supplement applies and is shown before payment. The resort expects you at the time you gave, and the driver drops you at reception.
During your stay
From Yasmina, the medina of Tétouan, a World Heritage site, is minutes away; Chefchaouen, the blue city, makes a perfect day trip; so do Tangier and Cape Spartel. What if I land in Tangier?
The journey is longer, about an hour by motorway, and the price is not the one in the table. Ask for it on the Tangier transfers page or on WhatsApp before you travel.

Does Club Med run a shuttle from the airport?
