Where is the club compared with the airport?
The club is north of Marrakech, away from the centre, in the area of the large resorts. The airport is south-west of the city. The journey skirts the medina along the boulevards and then heads north: allow a good quarter of an hour outside rush hour. The three ways to reach the club
The operator or club shuttle
Many stays at Aqua Mirage are sold with the transfer included by the tour operator: a coach waits for the guests of the same flight and serves several hotels. Check your confirmation. Otherwise the club can arrange a car, on the club's terms.
A taxi outside the airport
Taxis wait in front of the terminal. The fare is agreed before you get in, in dirhams, and small notes help. With children and holiday luggage, the baby seat is not guaranteed and the boot fills up quickly.
A private transfer booked in advance
You book online before you leave. Your driver waits at the arrivals exit with a sign bearing your name, loads the luggage and drives you straight to the club reception, with no stops. The price is fixed per vehicle, not per person, paid online, and a baby or child seat is free on request. Flight delayed? Your driver waits, whatever the delay, at no extra charge.

On arrival: four things that make it easy
- Switch your phone on as soon as you land: your driver can message you if the hall is busy.
- Collect your luggage, then look for the sign with your name at the arrivals exit.
- Confirm the destination: "Aqua Mirage Club, Marrakech". Several resorts north of the city look alike; the full name avoids any detour.
- Check that the child seat requested at booking is fitted before you set off: it was prepared for you.
Arriving at night
Many flights land in Marrakech in the evening. The private transfer runs at any hour. Between midnight and six in the morning a night supplement applies; it is shown before payment, never after. The club expects you at the time you gave them.
During your stay
Between two days at the water park, a day out is easy to arrange from the club: the Agafay desert for a sunset, the Ourika valley, or a day in the medina with a driver who waits for you. Can you provide a baby seat or a child seat?
Yes: baby seat, child seat or booster, free on request, at no extra charge. Give the age of each child when you book; the seat is in the vehicle before the driver leaves.
What happens if my flight is delayed?
We track your flight in real time. Your driver leaves when your plane actually lands and waits for you at the exit, whatever the delay, at no extra charge.
Is the price per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle. A family of four or a group of six pay for the vehicle, not for the seats used. The table shows the seats of each vehicle.
Can I book the return to the airport at the same time?
Yes, at the same fixed price, with departure from the club reception at the time you choose.
Can I cancel if my plans change?
Yes, cancellation is free up to 48 hours before pick-up. Between 48 and 24 hours before, half is refunded; under 24 hours, the transfer is no longer refundable.
How do I pay?
