At 02:30, which date and which price?
Landing at 02:30 on 10 October is booked for 10 October, even if you take off on the 9th. Give your flight number and scheduled arrival date and time, in Morocco time. Also check with your accommodation that arriving at that hour is arranged: booking the transfer does not book the room.
The price is the same at any time until midnight. Between 00:00 and 06:00 (Morocco time), a 20% supplement applies, capped at €20 and rounded to the nearest euro. It is always shown on screen before payment.

On arrival: finding your driver
Keep your booking reference and your driver's details, sent on WhatsApp before pickup, available even offline. After passport control and baggage reclaim, your driver waits for you at arrivals with a sign bearing your name. If you cannot see them, call or message your driver and describe where you are.
Book before you travel. A last-minute request in the middle of the night cannot be confirmed straight away online: the site then offers the earliest departure we can guarantee, sometimes late in the morning. For an earlier pickup, message us on WhatsApp and we will do our best.

Flight delayed: your driver waits
We track your flight in real time: your driver leaves when your plane actually lands and waits for you at arrivals, however long the delay — at no extra charge. The night supplement depends only on the pickup time you booked: a flight delay adds nothing.

Staying in a riad: plan the last few metres
Cars cannot drive into the lanes of the medina: your driver drops you at the closest accessible point to your riad or hotel. Before you travel, ask your riad for the name of that point, a landmark and the way to the entrance, and confirm their welcome at your arrival time.
